I will never order from these people again. Ordered a pack of 2 black and 1 colour cartridge. The colour cartridge was faulty. I was told to return. No replacement sent. Given a refund for one third of the order when the colour cartridges are more expensive. Absolutely shocking customer service. AVOID.

Our standard procedure when handling returns is to issue a refumd. When you ordered these cartridges, you did not pay full price but a bundle price. To purchase these items separately without the bundle price would cost more so when we issue refunds for customers who paid a bundle price, we split the total price down to however many units were returned which in your case was 1 cartridge out of 3. We sorted this and refunded the difference for the customer so they got a replacement cartridge.
